Domestic

  • We ship orders to all Zip-codes served by the fastest courier partner available.
  • Kindly Cross-Check the delivery address details while placing your the order as incomplete details cause unnecessary delay in delivery.
  • In case of wrong or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, kindly intimate us on our email (support@senseimods.com ) so that we can dispatch the order to the correct address after you have again paid the delivery charges.

International

  • Kindly reach us through our ‘Contact Us’ page till our portal gets integrated for International Orders.
  • Our product comes under Non-Hazardous and Non-Dangerous Goods. In spite of that we are not responsible if the package is held at your local customs.

We work with DHL and India Post EMS on delivery-duty unpaid basis. The shipping charges vary according to the region. Duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer.

We believe in punctuality and stick to the provided estimated dates. However, we do not commit delivery date as there can be delay due to shipping company, customs clearance or unfortunate natural calamity.
Please note that custom clearance and the applicable duty shall be the buyer’s responsibility.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are solely borne by the buyer. We will intimate you about the price of your required kit and the shipping charges will be added depending on the region.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to ordering. Also note if your package gets stuck at customs in your country, it is your (the buyer’s) responsibility to sort out any issues.
