• We ship orders to all Zip-codes served by the fastest courier partner available.
• Kindly Cross-Check the delivery address details while placing your the order as incomplete details cause unnecessary delay in delivery.
• In case of wrong or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, kindly intimate us on our email (support@senseimods.com ) so that we can dispatch the order to the correct address after you have again paid the delivery charges.

International

“We Cater Globally“

• Kindly reach us through our ‘Contact Us’ page till our portal gets integrated for International Orders.
• Our product comes under Non-Hazardous and Non-Dangerous Goods. In spite of that we are not responsible if the package is held at your local customs.

We work with DHL and India Post EMS on delivery-duty unpaid basis. The shipping charges vary according to the region. Duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer.

We believe in punctuality and stick to the provided estimated dates. However, we do not commit delivery date as there can be delay due to shipping company, customs clearance or unfortunate natural calamity.
Please note that custom clearance and the applicable duty shall be the buyer’s responsibility.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are solely borne by the buyer. We will intimate you about the price of your required kit and the shipping charges will be added depending on the region.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to ordering. Also note if your package gets stuck at customs in your country, it is your (the buyer’s) responsibility to sort out any issues.

Hidden Charges

• There are no hidden charges as all our prices are inclusive of Tax and PAN-India Shipping.
• For international orders, our prices cover product cost only.
• The shipping cost may vary according to the particular region.
• However, since we ship on Delivery–Duty Unpaid basis, our prices do not cover receiving country’s duties/taxes/charges under any form.

Warranty & Replacement Policy

• Sensei Mods ® provides warranty and will replace against Manufacturing Defects.
• Warranty claim is valid only on the presentation of invoice.
• It is purely at the discretion of ‘Sensei Mods ®’ to repair/replace the defective product/component.
• The replaced product(s) becomes company’s property.

However, Warranty stands Null & Void if

• Any product supplied by ‘Sensei Mods ®’ is used in DIY installation by the buyer.
• Erroneous installation leading to damage to either our product or to your property.
• Damage caused due to manhandling, ill-treatment, misuse or abuse to the cable like stretching, twisting or uncoiling cables, removal of connectors etc.
• Damage due to Voltage Fluctuations, Power Outages, Over-Heating, Insufficient Air-flow etc.

Also,

• Accidental Damage Service excludes Theft, Loss, damage due to Fire, Flood or other acts of Nature, Cosmetic or Intentional damage.
• Your warranty is Non-Transferable to a third party to whom you have sold our product.
• Any repairs/mending/fixing by a third party will not be entertained.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We, at Sensei Mods ®, thank you for shopping with us and would be equally Happy to Help our customers with genuine Cancellation, Refund or Return requests.

Since all our cables are Customer-centric & Custom-made, (customised catering to specific choices of every individual customer) i.e., we have our limitations in cancelling your order.

Cancellation

Your cancellation request can be entertained if it reaches us before being forwarded for processing. However, please note that 25% cancellation charges will be applied if your request is initiated within 4 hours of placing order.

If your cable is complete and ready for shipping, no Cancellation/Refund will be entertained.

Return

Custom Extension Cables are non-returnable.

Manufacturing Defects are considerable and can be sorted out at the discretion of Sensei Mods ®.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on your Refund status.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within .. days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
